Docker containers using Binder

Binder setup

I’ve spent weeks slowly (and patiently) learning how to build and deploy Docker containers… All was good, just dense for beginners. I was elated to find an easier approach to 1) building a Docker image with all the necessary packages / dependencies that you need, and 2) deploying an interactive web notebook (using a RStudio or Jupyter interface).

Some setup is involved, granted, the process is significantly streamlined with Binder. There is one main caveat here - Your data must be on a GitHub repo.
